Bananas
White Chocolate
Chocolate chips
2” thick Styrofoam plate
Cheesecloth or plastic grass
Serving tray
Get as many bananas as you want to make and cut them in half.
Stick a popsicle stick in the cut end of each banana.
Freeze the bananas for several hours then dip in melted white chocolate. Push in two chocolate chips for eyes and re-freeze until set. Display them by sticking the bottom part of the stick into a thick slab of styrofoam that you've covered with moss or cheese cloth and adhered to a tray so that it won't topple over. |
