Christmas Mint Punch(contains alcohol)
- 1 1/2 cup Water
- 10 oz Mint jelly
- 3 cup Pineapple juice; chilled
- 1/2 cup Lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cup Vodka
- 64 oz Lemon-lime carbonated drink (chilled)
- 1 qt Lime sherbet

In small saucepan, combine water and mint jelly
Heat and stir until jelly melts. Let cool.
In large punch bowl, combine jelly mix, juices and vodka.
Just before serving, add carbonated beverage and lime sherbet.

Christmas Eggnog(contains alcohol)

12 Eggs, separated
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 cup Bourbon whiskey
- 1 cup Cognac
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 3 pt Heavy cream
- Grated Nutmeg

In an electric mixer, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until thick and lemon colored. Slowly add the bourbon and cognac, while beating at a slow speed. Chill several hours.
Add the salt to the egg whites and beat until almost stiff, or until the beaten whites form a peak that bends slightly. Whip the cream until stiff. Fold the whipped cream into the yolk mixture, then fold in the beaten egg whites.
Chill one hour.
When ready to serve, sprinkle the top with freshly grated nutmeg. Serve in punch cups with a spoon.
If desired, add one or two cups of milk to the yolk mixture for a thinner eggnog.

Hot Buttered Rum(contains alcohol)
- 2 TB Brown Sugar
- 4 ts Butter Or Margarine,Softened
- Dash Ground Cinnamon
- Dash Ground Nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cup Warm Water
- 1/2 cup Rum
- Lemon Slices (Opt.)

In a 2-cup measure stir together the brown sugar, butter or margarine, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir in the warm water.
Micro-cook, uncovered. on 100% power for 3 to 4 minutes or till steaming hot. Stir in the rum. Serve in mugs. Garnish with lemon slices, if desired.

Hot Toddy(contains alcohol)
Mix 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice with 1 tablespoon of honey. Add half a cup of boiling water. Stir until the honey is dissolved.
Add an ounce or two of Irish whisky (or Scotch, or Bourbon); stir with a vanilla bean.
Enjoy.

Christmas Fireside Punch
(contains alcohol)
- 6 cup Apple cider
- 12 oz Can frozen lemonade concentrate
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 cup Peach schnapps
- 1 cup Rum

In a large pot, combine the apple cider, lemonade concentrate, and sugar, bring to a boil.
Remove from heat; stir in peach schnapps and rum. Serve hot.
Yield 12 - 6 oz. servings.

Kahlua Smoothie(contains alcohol)
- 1 pt Vanilla ice cream
- 1/3 cup Creme de cacao
- 1/3 cup Kahlua

Combine ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Serve after dinner.
